Terms & Conditions
The following items must be selected for all adult guests attending the wedding:-
A three course wedding Breakfast, arrival drink, wine to accompany the wedding breakfast and celebration toast
Children are charged as follows:-
0-3 years free, 4-11 75%, 12 years and over full price.
Alternatively a child's menu can be chosen for the price of £6.00 per child
All evening guests must be catered for.
Payment Details
To confirm a provisional booking we require written confirmation of minimum numbers along with a non-refundable deposit of £500
Provisional bookings can only be held for 14 days after this time the date will automatically be released
50% of your total payment will be due 12 weeks prior to your wedding day
The remaining payment will be due 14 days prior to your wedding day
Should the invoice remain unpaid after this point Haley's Hotel and Oaks Restaurant reserves the right to cancel the booking and claim cancellation charges.
All additional sundries will need to be paid on departure.
Cancellation Charges
In the event of cancellation, the following charges will be made:
- Cancellation of a confirmed booking -loss of deposit
- Cancellation with less than 9 months notice -50% of estimated total Charge
- Cancellation with less than 6 months notice-75% of estimated total charge
- Cancellation with less than 3 months notice 100% of estimated total price
- Estimated total charge will be confirmed guests x wedding breakfast, drinks choice & evening buffet
All prices include VAT @ 17.5 %
Haley's Hotel and Oaks Restaurant staff will not be liable for the loss or damage to the property of the client or guests i.e gifts or wedding accessories.
The client will pay for any damages made to the premises, fixtures & fittings or equipment made by the client, guest or sub - contractor working on behalf of the client.
Any Complaint Arising from the function must be made in writing within 7 days of the event. After this time no correspondence will be entered into.
Tariffs are not expected to increase by more than 3% and generally in line with inflation. We reserve the right to change tariffs without notice when external events out of our control make this necessary.
